Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your raw password).
• Subscription & payment records — which plan you’re on, its status, and renewal dates. Actual payment details (card/UPI numbers) are handled entirely by Razorpay — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not the payment method itself.
• Usage data — which lessons you’ve read, your streak, saved lessons, and delivery preferences (timezone, email time), so the product can actually function day to day.
• Analytics — anonymized usage events (e.g. page views, feature use) if analytics is enabled, used only in aggregate to understand what’s working.

To run the service: authenticate you, deliver your daily lesson by email and on the web, track your streak and saved content, process and verify subscription payments, and respond if you contact support. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

These service providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to run The Daily Stoic:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider (stores your account, subscription, and usage data).
• Razorpay — our payment processor (handles your payment details directly; we never store them).
• Resend — our email delivery provider (sends your daily lesson email).
• PostHog — our analytics provider, if enabled (aggregated usage patterns only).

We don’t share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That’s it — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email support@dailyrituals.club — we’ll process deletion requests within 30 days, except records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. payment records, for tax purposes).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you’re in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights (e.g. the EU/UK), we’ll honor those too.

The Daily Stoic is not directed at children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we’ll notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect.
